File List, Toolbar, Preview
This section will cover the input folder, output filename, template name, and which layouts to print, along with the toolbar for the Layout Selection Tree Control and Preview Panel.
Select Source Folder
Launches the Browse application to select the folder where the source files to be converted are located.

Select Source Dir Dropdown Listbox
Select a folder from a list of recently accessed directories.

Select Output
Select the output location for the converted files.
If in the ' 'Output'' settings area is set to ''Single PDF or DWF Containing All Files'', then the output path will contain the output file name. The output file name can be modified prior to running the conversion.
If in the '' Output'' settings area is set to ''One PDF or DWF Per File'', then the output path will only contain the location that the converted files will be saved to. The output file names will be the same as the source file with the output filetype extension added.

Auto Naming
This button is a shortcut to the setup options '' Naming'' tab. Here you can configure settings for additional controls such as automatically incrementing filenames, custom folder location rules, and custom file naming rules.

Layout Selection File Tree List
Displays the list of files, drawings and layouts from using the Select Source Dir button.
Select which layouts and which views of the modelspace will be converted from each file. Click on the + or - sign, or double-click on the file name to expand/collapse the drawing to select individual layouts or views. Click on the drawing or layout Bookmark column across from the desired filename to edit it's bookmark. If the Enable Preview box is checked, holding the <ALT> key and selecting a layout or the modelspace will display the file in the preview pane. There is also a right-click shortcut menu that allows editing of the bookmarks and expand/collapse the tree without displaying the drawing in the preview section. When all available layouts and modelspace views are selected in a drawing the drawing name and bookmark will be displayed in bold text.

File Preview Pane
Use the <ALT> while while selecting a file name from the file list to preview in this window.
Note: Not all file types are supported for this feature.

Move File Up/Down
These buttons will move the selected item up or down in the conversion order which also controls the page order of how ''Single File Containing All Files'' mulit-paged documents are assembled.

Add Files from Other Folder
Add files from other directories or folders to the list.
|
|
Add File to Beginning
Add a file to the beginning of the list. In addition, this folder is saved so this function will always take you back to the same folder.

Remove Item(s)
Removes the currently selected item(s) from the file list.
|
|
Expand All
This button will expand all of the drawings to display their layouts and or views in the file list.

Collapse All
This button will collapse all of the drawings so that the layouts and or views names are not shown.
|
|
Select All
This button selects all of the drawings and all of the listed layouts for each drawing.
|
|
Unselect All
This button unselects all of the drawings and all of the listed layouts for each drawing.

Advanced Selection
This button launches the Advanced Selection Dialog Box that allows the user to select drawings and/or layouts using wildcard matching for the names.

Edit Bookmarks
This button launches the Bookmark Editor to easily edit multiple bookmarks and to also see what the stored and calculated bookmarks are prior to conversion.

Rotate Preview
Rotates the preview so that the rotation overrides the default rotation settings during the conversion.

|
Convert
Starts the conversion process on the selected files.
|
|
Exit
Exits the program and closes AcroPlot Pro.
