Bookmarks Tab

 

AcroPlot can automatically create your bookmark text for you from a variety of sources such as the filename or file properties.  Word, AutoCAD, and PDF files support file properties such as Author, Title, Subject, and Keywords that are saved with the file.  To allow the greatest flexibility in creating the bookmarks AcroPlot uses Fields which tell AcroPlot where to insert the various properties.  A Field is simply the property name surrounded by || on each side.  This also allows you to mix and match both regular text and the Fields to create a complex bookmark.

Hit the "Update Files List" button on the "Files" Tab to see the changes.
